
July 3 - Kicking off Independence Day weekend, Blood, Sweat & Tears brings unwavering soul to the stage. “One of the greatest groups the 1960s ever produced,” according to All Music Guide, BS&T celebrates 40 years of Grammy-winning tunes and attitude. Part blues, part jazz, part rock with a brassy kick from a full-throttle horn section, the band of “Spinning Wheel” fame promises to get the series off to a grooving start on Friday, July 3.
August 29 - The “Father of Rock and Roll,” Chuck Berry brings classic rock to the stage on Aug. 29. A Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Berry isn’t one for resting on laurels. He’s a legend – and not just for that duck-walking signature move. Credited for bridging racial divides with music, Berry’s hits “Maybellene,” Johnny B. Goode” and “Memphis” still bring audiences of all backgrounds and ages together.
